Sans Deep dark red colour with a tinge of black around the edges and a dark red hue. Scented aromas of ripe dark cherries intermixed with dried herbs are overlaid by earthy cedar like characters and a hint of spicy leather. Light to medium weight and very savoury the palate has flavours of dark cherries, dried herb infusions and earthy cedar with some leather and spice following up the rear. Elegantly textured with a dryish finish and an aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, earthy cedar, leather and dried herbs.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc. 13.5%
