Sans Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with very faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe limes and orange zest followed by some citrus and a trace of mineral. On the palate there are flavours of lime and orange along with tropical fruit overtones followed by a crisp citrusy mineral finish. Aftertaste of ripe lime, orange and citrusy mineral.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc 11%
