Sans Sourced from 29 year old vines with maturation taking place in a combination of new, one and 2 year old French oak barriques.Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted scents of ripe white peaches are intermeshed with dried honey, cashew, light nougat and spice nuances. Medium to full bodied with an elegant creaminess flavours of ripe white peaches, dried honey and cashew are featured over some faint nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with well balanced acidity. Long aftertaste of dried honey, peaches, cashew and spice.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 14%
