Sans Matured in French oak for 18 months. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. The nose displays spiced red cherry aromas alongside some delicate fresh raspberries, earth and odd metallic end notes. The palate is not as shy as the nose featuring flavours of red cherries, raspberries, vanillin cedar and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark raspberries and earthy vanillin cedar.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 14.5%
