Sans A heady white mousse dissipates to reveal a pale straw coloured base wine with golden edges. The very fine bead shows excellent persistence. Quite refined, the nose displays delicate scents of baked bread which meld into some yeast lees and toast. Ensuing are notions of faint dried honey, pear and citrus. Quite dry with a faint creaminess the palate has subtle flavours of baked bread, citrus, toast, yeast lees, faint dried honey and light cashew. Dry crisp finish with an aftertaste of toast, oily baked bread, yeast lees, citrusy dried honey and a light nuttiness.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc. 12.5%
