Sans A blend of 95% Shiraz and 5% Viognier. Very deep dark red black colour with a dark crimson red hue. The nose reveals aromas of liquorice and dark plum with subtle meaty cedar and spicy pepper notes also evident. Medium weight with an elegant supple mouthfeel the palate has flavours of liquorice and plum cherry characters over some spicy vanillin cedar and light pepper. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, plum cherry characters, vanillin cedar and pepper.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc. 13.5%
