Sans Matured for 14 months in French oak. Very deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of mulberries and fresh tobacco leaf intermix with stalky cedar and spice. Medium weight with a soft round mouthfeel the palate doesn’t seem to have the stalky tobacco characters that are so prominent on the nose. Generous flavours of blackcurrant, mulberry, cedary tobacco characters and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberry, cedary tobacco characters and spice.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 14.5%
