Sans The 2012 Maude Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from selected vineyards in the Wairau Valley. Brilliant water like colour with faint very pale straw tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays strong passionfruit top notes followed by some gooseberry, green apple and citrus. Excellent concentration with passionfruit, gooseberry andcitrus intermingling on the palate followed by a crisp mineral infused finish. Long refreshing passionfruit, gooseberry and citrusy mineral aftertaste.Drink over the next 1-2 years (2013-2015).Alc 13.5%
