Sans Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted liquorice, blackberry and dark plum aromas are followed by some vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Medium to full bodied with a savoury richness and refined mouthfeel the palate has flavours of liquorice, blackberries and confectionary over vanillin oak, some earth and spice. Very fine grained velvet like tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, blackberries, earthy vanillin oak and spice.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 14%
