Sans Semi translucent dark red colour with a tinge of black around the edges and a bright crimson red hue. Pronounced dark cherry and clove aromas are to the fore with nuances of anise, meatiness, cedar and spice following showing excellent intensity. Medium bodied, the palates attributes include outstanding richness and persistence delivering mouthfilling flavours of ripe dark to black cherries, dark plum and subtle anise underpinned by some meaty characters, cedar and spice. Magnificent depth with supplely textured velvet like tannins finishing with a marvellous power wave that resembles Grand Cru Burgundy in a top year. Exceptionally long ripe dark cherry, dark plum, meaty clove like characters and spicy cedar aftertaste. Very Limited Stocks. Cellar 6-8 years (2020-2022).Alc 14.0%
