Sans Sourced from a single vineyard this wine was created as a tribute Ben Schild who began the family’s long association with winemaking and viticulture. 2012 was a stunning vintage in the Barossa with mother nature gifting winemakers with the perfect environment to produce outstanding wines like this. The wine was fermented in small open fermenters before being matured in a combination of French, American and Hungarian oak for 24 months and then undergoing a further 12 months maturation in bottle prior to release.
