Sans The grapes for this Riesling were grown on low-yielding vines, on the highest slopes of the Skillogalee estate (about 500 metres above sea level). This is really indicative of what 2012 Riesling in South Australia is all about. The vintage received excellent spring and summer rainfall and a long cooling ripening period, tailormade for premium Riesling flavour production and a retention of natural acid in the fruit.
