Sans Fruit for the 2012 Adamo is sourced from vineyards ranging from 6 to 60 years old located in the Western ranges of the Barossa. Yields averaged around 1.8 tonnes per acre with maturation taking place in a combination of 15% new French barriques with the balance being 2-4 year old French barriques and hogheads for a period of 12 months.
