Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays top notes of white peach alongside some cashew followed by some subtle dried honey, nougat and spice. Medium bodied with good textural mouthfeel the palate has flavours of white peach and dried honey which overlay some cashew and mineral like qualities. Clean dry finish with medium to long white peach, cashew and mineral aftertaste.
