Sans A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot from a 1969 planted vineyard. Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose shows great finesse with scents of blackcurrant and mulberry emerging over smoky cedar, tobacco, black olive and spice. Medium bodied with an elegant mouthfeel flavours of blackcurrant, mulberry and dark cherry gracefully flow across the palate. Excellent understated richness with nuances of cedar, tobacco and spicy herbs also present. Perfectly integrated very fine grained tannins. Excellent length with a long aftertaste of blackcurrant, dark cherries, mulberries, cedar, tobacco and spicy herbs.Cellar 8-10 yearsAlc 13.5%
