Sans Produced from a blend of 97.8% Shiraz, 1% Viognier, 0.7% Mataro and 0.5% Marsanne with fruit sourced from amongst the oldest vines on the estate (planted in 1969). Maturation took place in 100% French oak barriques, 50% new, 50% 2 years old for a period of 21 months.
