Sans Matured for 14 months in French oak. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. The nose offers up lifted aromatics of spicy ripe blackcurrants alongside some choc mint with underlying vanillin cedar and liquorice notes. Solidly built this Cabernet features a sturdy structure with flavours of blackcurrant, dark chocolate and liquorice followed by a touch of mint with a dry cedary finish. Dry, slightly firmish tannins with a long aftertaste of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, liquorice, cedar and spice.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 14%
