Sans Deep dark red colour with a brick red hue. Aromas of spicy dark cherries and redcurrant intermingle with earthy cedar and dried herb notes. Displaying medium bodied richness the elegant palate features flavours of red currant and ripe red cherries over a back drop of light earth, old cedar, dried herbs and spice. Finishes dry with bright acidity, faintly chalky but otherwise fine grained tannins and an aftertaste of spicy red currants, red cherries, earth, old cedar and subtle dried herbs.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 14%
