Sans Matured for 18 months in French oak. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep very dark red hue. Lifted aromas of blackcurrant laced with black olives are followed by some cedary cigar box characters and spice. The palate has beautiful up front fruit richness which is offset against a firm solid structure. Mouthfilling blackcurrant and liquorice flavours overlay black olive infusions, cigar box and spice. Firm dry finish with the robust tannin structure asserting its presence on the back palate. Long blackcurrant, liquorice, cigar box, black olive and spice aftertaste.Cellar 6-8 years.Alc 14.5%
