Sans Matured for 24 months in seasoned French oak. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Dark plummy raisin top notes are followed by some liquorice, vanillin cedar, light earth and spice. Thick and rich with an opulently textured mouthfeel the palate is filled with black plum and liquorice flavours followed by vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Velvet smooth tannins with a medium to long black plum, ripe black cherry, liquorice and spicy vanillin cedar aftertaste.Cellar 2-3 years.Alc 14.5%
