Sans Dark red colour with a translucent dark red to brick red hue. The nose displays ripe dark cherry and plum aromas intermixed with some minty bay leaf like characters followed by spicy cedar end notes. Medium bodied the palate has flavours of sweet red cherries and dark plum over a background of spicy cedar and earth. Dryish finish with sturdy but fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe red cherries, plums , spicy cedar and earth.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 13.5%
