Sans A blend of 95% Shiraz and 5% Viognier. Opaque dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of plum and liquorice laced with a hint of dried apricot are followed by faint earth and spice. Medium weight and softly textured the palate exhibits flavours of dark plum, blackberries and liquorice over some vanillin confectionary and spice. Fine grained tannins.
