Sans Totally opaque midnight black dark red colour with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant aromas are laced with hints of liquorice followed by cigar box, earthy black olive notes and spicy dried herbs. Medium weight with good richness and a sense of elegance, ripe blackcurrant flavours are to the fore with traces of liquorice, cedary cigar box, subtle earthy black olives and spicy dried herb nuances ensuing. Structured yet fine grained tannins provide the framework with a long aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberries, cedary tobacco characters, earthy black olive and spicy dried herb infusions.Cellar 6-8 years.Alc 14%
