Sans A largely unknown Estate to us, Eagles Rest has its base in the Hunter Valley. Established in 2007 it began life growing fruit to sell to the likes of Brokenwood and then employed highly regarded Brokenwood winemaker PJ Charteris to produce wines under its own label. For several vintages it branched out of its Hunter boundaries sourcing some high quality fruit from the Eden Valley. PJ crafting an impeccable Shiraz loaded with fruit and structure whilst still remaining true to its origins.
