Sans Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of blackcurrant are interspersed with notes of choc mint followed by cedar and spice. Beautifully ripened rich blackcurrant flavours adorn the palate with mulberry, a touch of mint, cedar and spice also present. Very fine grained perfectly integrated tannins. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant, subtle liquorice, a touch of mint and spicy cedar.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 14%
