Sans Matured for 18 months in American and Balkan oak barrels. Totally opaque midnight black colour with a deep dark red black hue. Fragrant aromas of dark plum, liquorice and dark chocolate evolve from the glass over a background of vanillin oak and spicy mocha characters. Rich with a soft, plush textural feel the palate boasts a mouthfilling flavour profile of dark plums, dark chocolate and liquorice with underlying spicy vanillin oak and a touch of mocha. Velvet smooth tannins. Good depth finishing with a long aftertaste of dark plum, dark chocolate bullets, vanillin oak and a touch of spicy mocha.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 14%
