Sans The Clare Valley experienced ideal vintage conditions in 2013 for the production of red wines resulting in fruit with full fruit ripeness and flavour development whilst still retaining tremendous poise, natural acidity and tannin balance. Maturation took place in a combination of new and seasoned French oak hogsheads for a period of 16 months.
