Sans Totally opaque black red colour with a bright dark purple hue. Elevated aromas of liquorice and ripe dark cherries are overlaid by blackpepper with following dried meat, earthy vanillin cedar and spice. Supple across the mouth the medium bodied palate delivers savoury flavours of dark cherries, plums and liquorice over vanillin cedar, dried meat infusions and spicy pepper. Slightly dryish on the finish with very smooth tannins. Medium to long peppered aftertaste of plums, dark cherries, liquorice, dried meats and spicy vanillin cedar.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 13.5%
