Sans Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice and black cherries intermixed with dried meat characters are followed by some smoky vanillin cedar, leather and light pepper. The palate is on the lean side with noticeable acidity imparting a sense of sourness. Flavours of liquorice, fresh herb infusions, red cherries, vanillin cedar and spice. Fine grained tannins. Modest aftertaste of red cherries, subtle liquorice, fresh herb infusions and vanillin cedar.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 13.5%
