Sans Fermented and matured in French barriques for 15 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green mingling around the edges and a watery hue. Scented ripe white peach top notes intermix with some tropical fruits and dried honey followed by nougat and spicy cashew end notes. Medium weight the palate features ripe peach and subtle tropical fruit flavours with a dried honey overlay and a background of spicy cashew. Elegant fresh mouthfeel with a slight creaminess. Vibrant dry finish with a medium to long aftertaste of white peach, dried honey, cashew and spice. The nutty cashew component lingering on.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc. 13.5%
