Sans This wine has been produced from a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes with maturation taking place in oak barrels for approximately 10 months. Deep dark red colour with a tinge of black around the outskirts and a dark red hue. Aromas of dark cherries are to the fore with blackcurrant, tobacco, earth and spicy cedar also present. Light to medium weight the palate has flavours of dark cherries and blackcurrant over some earthy cedar and spice. Very fine grained tannins with an elegant mouthfeel and dry finish. Aftertaste of dark cherries, blackcurrant, earthy cedar and spice.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 13%
