Sans Excellent depth of colour displaying a midnight black core and a deep dark red black tinged hue. Relatively intense liquorice and blackberry aromas are overlaid by blackpepper with infusions of graphite and spicy, lightly smoked cedar ensuing. Big opulently textured palate with rich blackberry, liquorice and dark plum flavours overlaying lightly smoked vanillin cedar and blackpepper. Very fine grained almost velvet like tannins. Long juicy blackberry, liquorice, smoky vanillin cedar and blackpepper aftertaste.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 14.5%
