Low yields and hand-harvesting in exceptional vintages ensure purity and precision. Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of ripe red apple, white peach and toasted brioche. The palate is structured with crisp acidity and layers of orchard fruit, almond and subtle spice. Chalky, mineral finish with excellent length.
