Sans A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot matured in French oak for a period of 20 months. Excellent colour for a 10 year old red displaying a midnight black heart and a dark red black tinged hue. Lifted black cherry, blackcurrant and liquorice aromas intermix with black olive, cigar box, earth and spice notes. Rich blackcurrant fruits have a distinct earthy back drop of black olive, cigar box and spice backed by a stern tannin structure. Dry grippy finish of medium length.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc. 14.2%
