Sans Includes 5% Viognier which was co-fermented with the Shiraz. Maturation took place in seasoned French oak barriques for a period of 11 months.Very deep dark purple black tinged colour with a dark purple hue. Nosing reveals youthful scents of inky freshly crushed blackberries and liquorice over some earth and pepper. Medium weight with a tight inky mouthfeel and dry finish the palate has flavours of liquorice, blackberries, vanillin cedar and blackpepper. Fine grained tannins with a fresh dry finish. Aftertaste of inky blackberries, liquorice, vanillin cedar and blackpepper.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 14%
