Sans Opaque black dark red colour with a dark purple red hue. Nosing reveals aromas of black olives, subtle liquorice and graphite followed by spicy smoked meats. Light to medium weight the palate possesses smoky flavours of dried meats, a touch of liquorice, earth, spicy cedar and pepper. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of smoky dried meats, liquorice, graphite, earth and blackpepper. A Northern Rhone styled Shiraz.Cellar 2-3 years.Alc 13.5%
