Sans Brilliant very pale straw colour with a very distinctive greenish tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Elevated nectarine and grapefruit aromatics meld into some citrus, light biscuity oak, faint nougat and subtle struck match stick notes. Light to medium weight the palate has an elegant creaminess to its textural feel featuring flavours of nectarines and grapefruit married to subtle dried honey characters, struck match stick infusions and light citrusy nougat with some delicate flinty mineral elements on the dry finish. Well balanced acidity gives the wine its freshness. Concludes with an aftertaste of nectarines, grapefruit and citrus infused with gun flint, delicate nougat and mineral.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 13%
