Sans Totally opaque inky black purple colour with a deep dark purple black tinged hue. Pronounced plummy liquorice and blackberry aromas are followed by some vanillin oak and spice. Rich fruit flavours decorate every corner of the palate in this medium to full bodied effort displaying flavours of fleshy dark plum, liquorice and freshly crushed blackberries over a background of vanillin oak and spice. Velvet smooth tannins with bright acidity finishing with a long aftertaste of fleshy plums, liquorice, blackberries and spicy vanillin oak.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 14%
