Sans Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays scents of passionfruit and green apple followed by some lime and subtle herbaceous grassy end notes. On the palate zesty passionfruit and lime flavours are overlaid with some herbaceous characters with some citrus and spice on the back palate. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of passionfruit, herbaceous grassy characters, citrus and spice. Drink now (2013). Alc 12.5%
