Sans Totally opaque inky black colour with a bright dark purple hue. The nose presents aromas of liquorice, blackberries and subtle black cherries followed by spicy vanillin cedar. Elegant and medium weight the palate has flavours of blackberries and liquorice over some toasty vanillin cedar and spice. Dry, slightly chalky finish with firmish tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice, vanillin cedar and spice. An elegant, tightly focused Coonawarra Shiraz. Alc. 13.5%
