Sans Deep dark red colour with a tinge of black around the outskirts and a dark red hue. Nosing offers up aromas of ripe dark cherries, dark plum and anise over toasty oak and spice. Rich and quite large scaled for Pinot the palate is filled with succulent fruit flavours of ripe dark cherries, anise and dark plum followed by some spicy lightly toasted oak. Velvet smooth tannins. Excellent power with a long aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, anise, dark plums and spicy oak. A plump, seductive Pinot.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc 13.5%
