Sans Superb depth of colour displaying an impenetrable black as night core with a very deep bright dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of dark cherries and liquorice infused with black olives overlay some spicy cedary tobacco leaf characters and pepper. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses good richness with blackberry, liquorice and black olive flavours melding into some cedary tobacco and pepper characters. Dryish finish with fine grained, slightly grippy tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice, subtle black olives, cedary tobacco characters and spicy pepper.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 14%
