Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. On the nose aromas of white fleshy peach infused with nectarine intermix with some flinty struck match stick notes followed by cashew, subtle nougat and spice. The palate is quite fresh with flavours more in the nectarine and grapefruit spectrum intermixed with some biscuity characters, gun flint infusions and spice. Clean dry finish with a faint creaminess to the otherwise fresh textural feel. Aftertaste of nectarine, grapefruit, subtle gun flint, biscuit and spice.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 13%
