Sans Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Pronounced liquorice top notes alongside some ripe dark cherry are overlaid by vanillin oak and confectionary. Medium to full bodied the palate is filled with luscious flavours of liquorice and ripe blackberries intermixed with vanillin oak and some dark chocolate. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, blackberries, vanillin oak and spice. More in the medium bodied mould compared to fuller past vintages.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc 14%
