Sans Aged on lees in French oak for over 12 months. Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Richly scented aromas with ripe peach and apricot overlaid by honeycomb followed by hints of butterscotch, cashew and spicy nougat. Filled with richness and possessing a creamy textural feel, mouthfilling flavours of ripe peaches and apricots laced with honeycomb and traces of butterscotch overlay a spicy nougat backdrop. Clean dry finish. Medium to long spicy aftertaste of ripe peaches, apricots, honeycomb and nougat.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 12.5%
