Sans Bright pale straw colour with a slight glimmer of green to the edges and a watery hue. Lightly spiced ripe red apple and lime scents are married to dried honey characters followed by some citrus and hints of toast. Fullish textural feel with flavours of fresh red apples and lime leading the way over subtlety toasted honey and spicy citrus characters. Dry finish with good fresh acidity and an aftertaste of ripe apple, lime, subtle oily toast characters, dried honey and citrusy spice.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc. 12.5%
