Sans Made from a Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu this interesting blend displays a brilliant pale straw colour with flecks of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose exhibits ripe pear and apple aromas intermixed with honeysuckle followed by citrusy end notes. Fresh with a sense of fullness in its mouthfeel the palate has flavours of pears, fresh Jonathan apples and citrusy honeysuckle over a back drop of light flinty minerality.
