Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pears and dried honey characters are followed by some citrus and a hint of fresh herbs. Light and dry with a slightly oily textural feel the palate has delicate flavours of pear, a touch of dried honey and spicy herbs. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of pears, citrus and spicy herbs.Drink over the next 1-2 years.Alc 13%
