Sans Brilliant straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. On the nose aromatics of nectarines and pears meet up with subtle dried honey, biscuity oak, traces of gun flint and roasted almond end notes. Lighter in weight than the 2013, but still texturally full, the 2014 also has strong roasted characters running through it. Generous flavours of nectarines, ripe pears and dried honey are overlaid by toasty oak with some gun flint, roasted almonds and spice also present. Finishes with good freshness and an aftertaste of nectarines, toasty oak, dried honey, gun flint and roasted almonds.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 12.5%
