Sans Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a crimson red hue. Lifted aromas of dark cherries and strawberries are intermixed with a distinct meatiness followed by spicy cedar. Light and savoury, flavours of red cherries and strawberries are to the fore with a meaty overlay and ensuing lightly toasted cedar and spice. Very fine grained, perfectly integrated tannins. Aftertaste of red cherries, meaty characters and spicy cedar.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc 12.8%
